POA Office Closing Monday, March 16th

During this time of nationwide concern over the coronavirus known as COVID-19, it is our main priority as the Property Owners’ Association to keep our property owners, their guests, and our staff safe at all times. We have been closely monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as the World Health Organization (WHO), and are doing everything in our power to mitigate the potential risks COVID-19 might pose to our community. In that spirit, I want to share with you the precautions we are taking to ensure that our actions are comprehensive and appropriate.

Staffing and Office: As of Monday, March 16th, the POA is employing “remote working options” for office staff. While the office at 130 River Landing Drive will be closed, we will be conducting 99% of all POA business.

  • Code Enforcement staff will continue inspections island wide
  • Field Operation staff and landscaping contractors will continue outdoor projects at all amenities and common areas
  • ARB staff will continue onsite meetings as necessary for projects under construction, as well as site inspections and will be receiving new submittals electronically
  • Finance staff will be able to do all functions remotely using a secure network
    • All payments, assessments, ARB fees, etc. will be able to be made electronically or by dropping a check off in the mail slot (front door) of the 130 River Landing Office
